Rush reports - as long as we know you’ve got a deadline, we will get it to you!

Case tracking - sign up for Medfonet - just call us!

Cancellation & rescheduling - for security purposes, only the person who referred the claimant is allowed to cancel and/or reschedule. We will offer you the next available date with that same physician or if that new date does not meet your deadline, we will offer you earlier dates with others physicians in our office. (Our cancellation policy is 10 working days before the exam, to avoid a late cancellation fee.)

Translation services - to eliminate one more task from your list, we will schedule a translator.

Quality Analysis - reports pass through a rigorous review to ensure accuracy and that all issues have been addressed.

Report Delivery - we send all reports via 1st class US mail unless otherwise requested.

Same day notification of findings for AOE/COE, second opinion and consults.

Appointment confirmation letters to claimant with maps and directions.
